Telehealth MA/CNA
Midwest Home Physicians/Regents Health care is pioneering advances in accessible healthcare with our ATP-Assisted Telehealth Platform™ As a Telehealth MA or CNA, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist providers (Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants) with visits, utilizing our proprietary ATP-Assisted Telehealth Platform™
- Perform, plan and develop schedules for clinical team to ensure patients are being seen
- Ensure staffing vacancies due to call offs, vacations, patient/family requests are filled timely
- Interact with patients and families
- Keep clinicians abreast of schedule changes
- Work with other medical affiliates and partners
Qualifications:
- CNA and/or CMA certification
- Computer and technology proficient
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Current CPR Certification
- Organized and detailed oriented a must
- Able to adapt to changes
- Team player
